Before going off to college, Fiesta Studios was formed by myself and my good friends James and Justin. The whole idea was to simply make funny videos that we could share with friends. One of my favorite videos made by us was a video called "Todd", in which James was supposed to take care of this egg as if it was a child.

This optimizes team collaboration and performance by inspecting the work since the last Daily Scrum and forecasting upcoming Sprint work.
